How long is the order processing time?

Orders will be processed and dispatched out within 5 working days of order confirmation and payment. Delivery will be made by our delivery vendor and subject to the vendor's service level agreement. We accept orders and deliveries within Singapore only.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. In the event that Paypal is not a viable payment method to you, kindly contact us at tanneryart@gmail.com to arrange an alternative method of payment.

How do I take good care of my leather bags?

Every other day, give your bag a brisk sweep with a soft dry cloth. Every month, apply a leather conditioner and protector and dry thoroughly in an airy room. Avoid dampness to prevent growth of mould and keep in a dust bag and fill it with stuffing to maintain its shape.

How do I make an exchange?

Each bag is an individual piece and the colour, texture and marbling of the leather varies with each piece. The request for return, exchange or refund is applicable only in the instance of a defect (excludes wear and tear sustained from usage and variations in color, texture and marbling of the leather) and should be raised within 7 (seven) days of purchase. Please contact us at tanneryart@gmail.com. Excluding the defect, the returned product should not have any dirt or scratches or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable. The returned product must be unwashed and there should no stains. In the event of a defect, we will exchange it for another piece if available or a refund if another piece is unavailable, as we carry limited quantities per design.
