SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders will be processed and dispatched out within 5 working days of order confirmation and payment. Delivery will be made by our delivery vendor and subject to the vendor's service level agreement. We accept orders and deliveries within Singapore only.
As our bags are handmade and stitched, each bag is an individual piece and the color, texture and marbling of the leather varies with each product and design. The request for return, exchange or refund is applicable only in the instance of a defect (excludes wear and tear sustained from usage and variations in color, texture and marbling of the leather) and should be raised within 7 (seven) days of purchase. Excluding the defect, the returned product should not have any dirt or scratches or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable. The returned product must be unwashed and there should no stains. In the event of a defect, we will exchange it for another piece if available or a refund if another piece is unavailable, as we carry limited quantities per design.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address with tracking number from our delivery vendor. You can use the tracking number to track your order.
When you visit our website, we may collect or ask you to provide certain information in order to process your orders and help us manage our relationship with you. This information may include: contact details, such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, shipping and billing information, including credit card and payment information. We do not sell, lease, rent or give away your information. We may provide your information to our service partners (delivery vendors, finance institutions) for the sole purpose of allowing them to conduct our transactions seamlessly.
